Please join us in congratulating James Babcock on earning the rank of Eagle Scout on September 25, 2023.

His Eagle Scout Service Project was a hammock garden built for the West Chester YMCA. During James’ time with Troop 76 he served as Den Chief, Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, and most recently Junior Assistant Scoutmaster. He was also an Ordeal member of the Order of the Arrow and earned three palms.

Congratulations are also in order for his parents, Ray and Allyson.
