Please join us in congratulating Toby Board on earning the rank of Eagle Scout on December 27, 2023.

Toby’s Eagle project consisted of clearing debris, flattening terrain, and constructing an outdoor dog yard for a local nonprofit dog rescue, “To Love a Canine.” His project will be enjoyed by the adoptable dogs of TLC for many years to come.

During Toby’s time with Troop 76 he served as Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, and most recently Junior Assistant Scoutmaster. He was also a member of the Order of the Arrow.
